Lectures on underwater archeology held in Rovinj

International Centre for Underwater Archaeology in Zadar and the City Museum of Rovinj have organized lectures on underwater archeology topics on 5th November of 2010. The first lecture was given by Mladen Pesic from the Croatian Conservation Institute with the theme: "Underwater Archaeology in Croatia", followed by Marcus Prell from Bayerischen Gesellschaft für Unterwasserarchäologie who presented 26 years of the Bavarian society, and in the end Luka Beki? from the International Centre for Underwater Archaeology in Zadar, who talked about research in the bay Veštar. The lectures lasted for about twenty minutes each, and visitors were able to talk with researchers and ask questions. Lectures are held at the premises of the Museum of Rovinj.
